1. Order Errors

      If you receive the wrong order, please contact us immediately. We will either:
  • Replace your order, or
  • Issue a refund.

2. Quality Concerns

  • If there is an issue with food quality, notify us within 2 hours of delivery with proof (photo).
  • Refunds or replacements will be issued case by case.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of placing if food preparation has not started.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
